KURISA i-MINE (PTY) LTD / COMPANY PROFILE
Building enduring value through mineral trading,
mining services and responsible enterprise.
SOUTH AFRICA · MINERAL TRADING & MINING SERVICES
01 / WHO WE ARE
Kurisa i-Mine is a South African mineral trading and mining services business. We connect mineral supply with markets and bring the procurement, logistics and operational support required to deliver.
Our core commercial focus is chrome ROM and concentrate, with a broader vision to develop productive resource enterprises. We work at the intersection of material, markets and execution: understanding the customer’s requirements, structuring the commercial response and organising delivery.
We are building a business that can grow through strong relationships, practical capability and disciplined management. Our philosophy — Cultivate · Grow & Maintain — defines how we approach that responsibility.
02 / OUR PHILOSOPHY
Recognise potential in resources, enterprises and people. Understand the opportunity, build relationships and prepare the commercial and operational foundations for success.
Put knowledge, partnerships and capital to work. Develop capability around real market needs, deliver commercially and build a business with room to grow.
Protect resources, relationships and enterprise value through stewardship, sound systems and accountability. Use experience to strengthen the next decision.
03 / COMMERCIAL CAPABILITIES
Chrome ROM and concentrate sourcing, procurement and supply coordination for processing and market requirements. Material specifications, sampling, counterparty assessment and delivered economics inform the commercial approach.
Transport coordination, route and load planning, truck scheduling and delivery documentation. Stockpile movement and load reconciliation support visibility from loading through to destination.
TLBs, front-end loaders, excavators, dozers and 10- and 18-cube ADTs for site preparation, excavation, loading and material movement. Mobilisation is structured around the assignment and site conditions.
Crushing, screening and material preparation aligned with feed characteristics, plant requirements and customer specifications.
Flocculants and related consumables selected for the plant application, process conditions, dosing requirements and operating performance.
Water truck and dust suppression services for mine roads, yards and operating areas, planned around traffic, site conditions and operational needs.
We bring the specification, destination, handling requirements, delivery schedule and commercial terms into the discussion at the outset. This gives procurement and operational planning a clear purpose.
04 / STEWARDSHIP & LEADERSHIP
Kurisa’s management approach connects commercial judgement with operating visibility and financial discipline.
Kurisa OS supports source and opportunity assessment, sampling records, delivery tracking, cash exposure, collections and reconciliation. This connected view helps management follow a transaction from its commercial foundations through to settlement.
Resource development assessment brings land, rights, environmental and community considerations into the same discussion as market access and operational planning.
